Ball Mastery & Finishing

Offering individual, technical training, this program will improve and increase a player’s ability to control and manipulate the ball in high pressure, game-like scenarios.

Sessions will focus on first touch, attacking while under pressure and finishing with confidence. This is advanced technical training built for players at the rep level — and spots are limited.

Introductory to Football School

Ready to kick-start your soccer journey? Join Royal York FC’s introductory program geared to helping new players meet the technical football levels required for our Football School and Academy stream programs. Sessions focus on engaging football activities that build confidence, enhance fundamental skills and provide an understanding of the game though a fun, structured and supportive environment. We meet the player where they are and focus on improving their technical skills to meet the level required for Football School and Academy level programs.

Girls Ages 7-8: 3 v 3 Street Style Soccer

Improve your touch, footwork, passing and speed in this high-intensity, fast paced program geared to maximizing player decision making and teamwork in a game setting. Players will participate in four – 10 minute, 3v3 games giving them the opportunity more touches on the ball, building in-game confidence and learn the game.​

Goalkeeper Academy

Ready to dive into the world of goalkeeping? Our Goalkeeper Academy is designed for new goalies or players interested in the goalkeeping position. Focusing on foundational techniques, positioning, communication and mental toughness, this program helps understand a goalkeepers role on their team and how to successfully defend their net.
